Questions About Nfl Scores History

Robert asks…

Was the Monday night game in Pittsburgh the lowest scoring game in NFL history?

I think there was a college game that ended 0 - 0 in oregon once. That stupid game last night had to be the lowest scoring game in recent NFL history. Thank god I did not watch it. I think anyone who did is probably brain dead from boredom.
